I've known you online for a long time and I still remember that feisty, funny, little lady I met in Vancouver 07 (I think?) ...you've had your ups and downs but you've always been just "Joy" to me....
LJ and DW are much quieter places now so interactions I think are less and I'm the first to admit my emailing and contact is pants some weeks...ups and downs in life hit us all....not everyone is going to like us and the longer we hang around in fandom I think the more we know it...I certainly do...I'm not as well liked by some of the newer factions because I'm outspoken on fan behaviour, but that's their loss not mine......I count the amount of years I've stayed in touch with true good friends as important..
