I'm ... different these days.
First, I don't criticize other people's stories on their journals.
Second, I'm not planning on doing that on *my* journals.
Third, I'm not into slamming fics anymore. I mean, I'll do it in private if it's really abhorrent, but I'm more of a mind these days to go, "Meh, whatever, ain't my thing."
Fourth, if I'm directed to a fic that exploits rape, you *will* hear about it in a roundabout (not naming or titling whatever set me off--not pinpointing anyone anymore) way on my journal. Rape (not rape fantasy) is touchy subject for me.
Fifth, I'm on an anti-depressant. Have been for 3 years now. I'm a calmer person. Please do NOT mistake that for being a nicer person (smirk) but I'm trying for that too. ;)
Lastly, I'm not the same person I was. If you think I'm gonna slam a fic on this journal or, goddess-forbid, on *someone else's* journal (oh hell no), worry not. I can't be bothered anymore, frankly.
As the saying goes, I'm over that phase. Smile, be nice, I will, and let's have fun.

PS -- The one thing I *will* slam is the writing on the SG-1 episodes. Oh HELL Yes.
