I'm creating a large monitor-wide header for my SG-1 episode pages and I'm gonna fill it with various episode snapshots (obviously, I can't put 100+ in there). Trouble is, what my idea of an iconic episode scene may be different than yours so what are your favorite episodes and what scene defines them?

Children of the Gods - Daniel hugging himself in the corridor saying "they don't know what to do with me" and Jack taking him home...

The Fifth Race - Daniel refusing to go to the planet & leave Jack alone...saying "I can't leave him & I won't"

Shades of Grey - Daniel hugging himself and standing in the dark shadows of the Gateroom Control Room as Jack walks through the Gate to "Edora"

The First Ones - "Don't say Ka till you've tried it" - the fireside scene between Chaka and Daniel

Absolute Power - the flirting in the dining room between Jack and Daniel - nothing else compares to that scene ...

Beast of Burden - the final scene between Chaka and Daniel and Daniel's realisation that they never wanted rescue but the means to start the war...

Abyss "THAT'S WHERE YOU'RE WRONG!!" Jack's despair at not living up to Daniel's ideal of Ascension qualification...

"Lifeboat"...any of the scenes between Janet and "Lifeboat Daniel"..but especially the scene when she's holding his hand as the little boy and he suddenly reverts back to Martice the Prince/King ...

Menace - one I still can't watch all the way through but that end scene between Jack and Daniel "You Stupid Son of a Bitch" kills me every time...

I'd add: Forever in a Day (Sha'uri's body being covered by the Abydos sand)

Meridian (I'm gonna miss you guys)

And there's a fantastic shot of the team walking towards the gate and chatting right at the end of Emancipation (crap episode, great screen grab!)
