Now, as for what these graphics are for, it's for my current story, Trilogy 13. They depict a planet named Lia Fail, the home of the Tuatha De Denann, or what Heliopolis listed as The Furling (which the Tuatha did on purpose).
Feedback is welcome. :)
PS -- Yes, the gate platform is different in the front and back wallpapers. I'm trying to decide which I'll keep or just make it match the buildings.

Date: 2014-06-18 03:16 pm (UTC)From:I think they're a race who uses crystal in the same way we use steel, glass, and stone. :) Since the triple spiral is the oldest design symbol in Ireland, I figured that perhaps it comes from the Tuatha. The oldest Gaelic doesn't, having tracked that language already, but the information retained about the Tuatha suggests that their names and mythic info, such as the names of the cities they came from as well as their magical objects, are genuinely Tuathan. :)
